Down to a crutch!
I never knew it would be so hard to train myself to walk again!! Two months non-weight-bearing and then getting the feel for my leg again has been quite an adventure! I am learning so much about the importance of the little muscles we take for granted! I am so fortunate to have my trainer down on her first working "vacation" ever!
I love working with the TRX, they really can be your self-coach. I will post some exercises for everyone to try later. Here is some of my progress!! Let me tell you! Walking is a lot harder than it looks!!! Not a bad place to do rehab:) Thanks to my amazing boyfriend Dylan for working in such an incredible place.
